The Music Association is a vital parent support group. They provide necessary assistance and financial support for the Music Department staff and students. The group assists maintain and improve the quality of musical experiences for your son at St Laurence’s College.
Meetings are held on the 2nd Tuesday of each month during term time. Time is 6.15pm – 7.00pm. Meetings rarely go longer than 7.00pm! Everyone Welcome!This year the Music Association has assisted with all music concerts including setting and packing up equipment, selling tickets for concerts/raffles, door entry, back stage crew, fundraising for musical equipment, assisting at workshop nights with pizzas etc, transporting equipment to concerts outside the school. Without this help the music staff would not be able to offer the range of concerts and events we do.
We understand you may not be able to attend the meetings, however if you can assist in anyway please indicate below which activities you are able to assist, as we are collating a helpers list.
