Strength and Conditioning

Strength and Conditioning is an initiative at the College to further develop the St Laurence’s College Sporting experience. The Program is supported from Year 9 to 12 with individual and team sports specific programming. As well as the athletic performance benefits, the program aims to teach boys fundamentals about health and fitness, including proper training use and methods in the gym, nutrition, preparation and recovery strategies.

For more information about the Strength and Conditioning program please contact the Sean O’Connor, the Strength and Conditioning Coordinator.
