Outdoor Education is an essential part of the College curriculum. Programs cater for students of different abilities and aim to enhance boys’ self esteem and team skills. From Years 5 to 10 students follow a program of increasing challenge culminating in a trek requiring significant self-reliance and teamwork.

In Year 11 students take part in a Leadership Camp which involved both outdoor education activities and indoor leadership development sessions. The aim of the camp is to prepare Year 11 students for their leadership role as Seniors in their Year 12.
In Year 12 students attend the Year 12 Kairos which is a spirituality based retreat. It involves activities aimed at developing personal spirituality. Students are given a number of options for their Kairos and work in smaller groups.
Camps in Years 5 to 11 are held at Camp Laurence at Moogerah Dam. Year 12 Kairos is held at a number of locations around South-East Queensland.
