Time: Arrive from 8am (Welcome commences at 8.30am)
Venue: ERPAC, St Laurence's College
All students in Years 5, 7 and 12 will commence the 2026 academic year on Wednesday 28 January. Students in Years 6, 8, 9, 10 and 11 will commence on Thursday 29 January.
On Wednesday 28 January, staff and students will greet your family outside ERPAC from 8am. All attendees will then gather in the ERPAC Auditorium from 8.30am for a short Welcome Assembly that will include arrangements for Senior Transport Buddies. Students will then move into classes under the guidance of their Head of Year or Head of House at approximately 9.30am. At this time, parents are welcome to join us for a morning tea or leave for the day.
The first day is a full school day with classes concluding at 3pm. All students are required to wear the correct St Laurence’s College school uniform on Day 1.

Available for Android and Apple, download the App today via the QR codes below and personalise alerts based on your son/s Year Level, House and interests. New parents are encouraged to register under the appropriate tag - Incoming Year 5 2026 (Class of 2033) or Incoming Year 7 2026 (Class of 2031).
The College provides a broad range of musical opportunities for students through its active classroom and co-curricular Music Programs. The Co-curricular Music Program is an ensembles-based program. Students learning an instrument through the College are expected to join at least one of the College ensembles for that instrument.

The College offers a broad range of sporting activities that enhance the personal growth of each student through the development of individual skills, team work, leadership, mateship, understanding and self discipline in an atmosphere of competition, fun and enjoyment.
St Laurence’s College is a member of the Associated Independent Colleges (AIC) Sporting Competition which caters for Years 5 - 12 across a number of sports throughout the year including AFL, Athletics, Basketball, Chess, Cricket, Cross Country, Esports, Football, Golf, Rugby League, Rugby Union, Swimming, Tennis, Touch Football, Volleyball, Water Polo.
For Year 5 and 7 2026 students, Term 1 Sport Selections are required by Friday 10 October.
