Nataleen Kilburn Honoured with Prestigious TEACHX Award
St Laurence’s College is proud to announce that staff member Nataleen Kilburn has been selected as a recipient of the Merline Muldoon Memorial Award for Innovation in Teaching as part of the 2025 Queensland College of Teachers TEACHX Awards.
This prestigious accolade recognises Queensland educators who demonstrate exceptional creativity and impact in their teaching practice. Nataleen’s innovative approach to education has not only enriched the learning experiences of her students but also contributed meaningfully to the broader teaching profession.
College Principal Mr Ben Lowrie expressed his pride in Nataleen’s achievement, stating:

The TEACHX Awards celebrate excellence across a range of categories, with only 31 educators selected from across Queensland in 2025. Nataleen’s recognition places her among the most forward-thinking and impactful teachers in the state.
