Aimed at Year 11 and 12 students, they will get an introduction into the cyber security techniques, cryptography and digital forensics skills that professionals use daily. In practical, hands-on sessions, participants will learn how to crack codes and gain access to a webpage, before flipping roles to track down and figure out how hackers broke in.
This culminates in a capture the flag style competition, racing against time to find and exploit vulnerabilities to capture a hidden piece of information.
