Digital Access and Payment Updates
Over the coming months, St Laurence’s College will begin a series of connected updates to parent access, communication, payment processes and digital platforms. These changes will be introduced progressively from August 2026 through to January 2027 to improve security, parent experience, data collection, communication consistency and readiness for the 2027 school year.
As part of this work, the College will introduce Easypay, a new secure and paperless direct debit payment platform through TASS Parent Lounge in 2027. Families will have access to more flexible payment options, including payment by credit/debit card, bank account or both, with weekly, fortnightly, monthly or termly payment frequencies available.
As part of this process, parents will be requested to review and, where necessary, update their preferred email addresses.
Further information and instructions will be shared with families later in the year. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to read upcoming College communications carefully, particularly in relation to preferred email contact details, platform access and 2027 fee payment arrangements.
